Tahini is an amazing addition to your smoothie! It’s sesame paste that’s used in a lot of Middle Eastern cooking, but is a great source of copper, calcium and magnesium.
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp LSA
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup ice
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
Method
- Process all the ingredients in a blender until thick and smooth
- Pour into a bowl and add your favourite toppings to serve. Suggestions include berries, crushed nuts, gluten-free granola and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
